Now i will tell you how to install sublime in ubuntu.
First open your terminal promt by pressing Ctrl+Alt+T and follow below steps :
- Run following command to add ppa repository :
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/sublime-text-3

Now download the package list from repository by running following command :
sudo apt-get update
- Now run command to install Sublime Text 3 Beta version in your system :
sudo apt-get install sublime-text-installer
